Burger King - Work It Your Way

Work It Your Way

At Burger King, you do you, full stop. Unveiling our boss-level employer branding campaign.
Buckle up for a wild ride of fun, earworms, and grins so big they're royalty. Kingsize smiles,
here we come!

Let's get real. Epic branding isn't about luck – it's grounded in facts. We got chatty with BK's squad, diving deep into their daily hustle. What we found? Insights that laid the foundation for our creative campaign. Ensuring our campaign complements Burger King. Like a match made in foodie heaven.

We're not just heating things up for applicants – we're setting BK on fire. Not an easy task, considering there are misconceptions about working at a burger joint. Think working at a burger joint is basic? Think again. At BK, you're not just flipping burgers; you're crafting your throne, thanks to the kingsize growth opportunities. Job security and flexibility make Burger King as tempting as a Whopper on a greasy Friday.

ça sounds bien

Burger King is known for being edgy. Hence, this campaign needed to stand out.  The mantra became 'Work It Your Way', a nod to Burger King’s brand commitment, 'Have It Your Way'.
And working your way? Sounds appealing, right? From this eureka moment on, the leap to
a signature song and music video was official.

A song demands an artist, and it had to be top-notch. With 1.8 million monthly streams on Spotify, singer/rapper Bryan Mg is a true sensation. His bilingualism made him the perfect fit to convey our BK message, seamlessly blending both national languages. One campaign, two languages, endless swagger.

Crafty as ever, we made BK’s anthem a total earworm. ‘Cause when it sticks, they click!
If visitors wanted to know the real deal about BK? Just hit up the job site! From there,
it's a smooth slide into the kingdom.

Through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google, snippets from the video and campaign
visuals were shared. A Spotify ad was the cherry atop the King Shake, giving the campaign
an additional thrust. The consistent theme across all platforms? Good vibes.

Stay tuned for the next instalment.
